You will need a minimum of one year of experience in your specialty to work as a healthcare professional in an agency position. Some facilities do require 2+ years.  

You will work with your recruiter to send in an updated resume, skills checklist, and 2 professional references. You will also include a start date and any dates that you would like to request off (if any) during the contract. These dates must be approved during the submission phase before the facility can make you an offer.

Scheduling is decided by the facility and the unit manager. If working in an inpatient hospital setting, it is safe to assume that you will be required to work every other weekend. Some hospitals do consider weekends only or block scheduling, if that is something you would be interested in. If so, we can inquire with submission! 

Overtime is commonly offered to agency nurses at most facilities. However, it is ultimately decided upon by the facility and/or unit manager as to how much overtime they will allow you to work, if any.
